Howland Company is a full service residential construction company, with offices in Boston, Sherborn and South Dartmouth, Massachusetts.  Founded in 1980 by Ed Howland, Howland Company has over forty years of experience specializing in high quality, service oriented projects. George Howland and Henry Ladd joined Ed as Principals of the company in 2021.

Howland Company works extensively with architects and designers from New England and beyond on traditional, contemporary, and sustainable homes.  

Our numerous projects have taken us throughout Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, and in the Western suburbs, as well as coastal homes in South Dartmouth, Westport, Marion, Rhode Island and its environs.
